Default Second generation RAM engine swap

It's nearing the time that I need to replace the 318 that's in my 2001 Dodge ram. If I wanted to put in the 360 long block, would the computer function just as well?

Get it flashed for the larger engine, and you will be all set. Otherwise, it may run a bit lean in open loop, and that just isn't a good idea.
