Hi . I have a 98 1500 4×4 . runs great . if I put it in d . I have nothing at all . if I drop it down to 1 . I have first . but if I go to 2 . I have nothing . I put it in r . I have reverse . any help would be appreciated. Already changed the gov and solenoid.

 

Unplug the 8 pin connector at the trans. (the one for the internal electronics), see if you have any gears. If you still don't, it's likely rebuild time.

 

Do a pressure test.
