Default Truck turns over but wont fire.

So my truck turns over but wont fire. Ive suspescted ive had air gas mix issues due yo bad mpg lately. But today at my families for christmas when i was leaving it just wont start. Any ideas?
97 5.9 297k

btw i had the plenum changed 25k ago but i took off the throttle body and ther is fresh oil in the intake. And the intake is not clean at all

So it won't turn over at all? You will have done oil in the intake due to the PCV valve. Only way to stop that is to add a catch can

somewhere i think its the throttle linkage. My throttle linkage isnt broken anywhere. But on my rear axle it looks like wherre the line that goes all the way back there. Running into the axle itself theres a dark hose with a cap on it. Maybe a 1/4 inch thick. Its been cut in half. And this hose ties into the same area where the throttle cable starts

not sure the truck does fire after i took off the throttle body. Throttle body doesnt open when i try to turn the key

Throttle linkage goes from the pedal, to the throttle body, that's it...... the fat line with the cap on it on the rear axle is just a vent line. You wanna fix that...... keep water out of the rear diff.

Pvc may be stuck open, Remove the hose and cap it off then see what happens.
