I bought this formerly wrecked POS from a used POS dealer and I'm about ready to engage 4L, bend him over and move forward.. I have put thousands of dollars into this wreck, from steering parts, to relays and switches, to brakes to tuneups, to FI issues, and I'm just done. I've had three Gen 2 trucks and they have all been fantastic. This one, I could drive into the Pacific Ocean, and jump wildly into the air as I watched Mother Nature take it away. The wipers quit working, it's bucking and stalling on acceleration again. I replaced the fuel pump relay and the air/idle relay TWICE and it still is running like crap, now wiperless, I really want to go punch the punk *** that sold me this hunk of metal and dog crap. I need to get these two issues fixed so I can send it back to where it came from.

The bucking is most likely a fuel pump. Wiper motor progeny has a bad ground (knowing chrysler)

On the wiper motor, You can hear the motor running (only on one speed) but the arms don't move. On the fuel pump, is there any way to tell if it's the 4 or 6 pin pump before taking it out of the tank?

Since the wipers aren't moving, you might want to have a look at the metal arms of the wiper linkage under the cowl to see if one of the couplers has worn out and come loose.

97 and above had 4 pin pump. You have the 26 or 34 gallon tank, both take the same fuel pump.
