20 PSI is not enough to run the engine. Should be closer to 45-50.

Don't skimp on the fuel pump either, unless you like changing them....... Delphi, or Denso brand please.

I'm personally convinced Delphi has gone the way of Timken. Denso seems to be one of the last quality suppliers so I'd vote for them.

If it was a GM that came with OEM Bosch I'd probably replace w Bosch, but if that didn't come from the factory I wouldn't
