Lose the throttle body spacer, it doesn't do anything at all for you. They are designed to add 'swirl' to the airflow, to help keep fuel in suspension. However, as your truck is port injected, there is no fuel in the airflow, so, all the throttle body does is raise the throttle body up an inch, or however thick it is. More often than not, installing one on a port injected motor, COSTS you power, not adds it. Best case, it isn't doing anything at all.
Which performance intake do you have? Can you post pics?
2500's came with a variety of spring packs, depending on just what option packages were chosen. Have a look at the door sticker, and see what the GVAW rating is for the rear axle.

I think the previous owner bought it many many years ago. Its brand new and has collected dirt as you can see from the picture. Do they make decent power after installed? Truck has ceramic coated headers installed, No cat-back yet, I need to purchase that as well.

2002 1500 is Third Gen, 2500/3500 didn't switch to the new body style till 2003. So no, likely won't fit.

So far as I know, nothing changed on the 2500 from 01 to 02. Likely just the manufacturer didn't account for the heavier trucks being carried over for a year.

Alright I was in a similar spot. Bought a truck, 2500 v10 in my sig, with a 4" suspension and 3" body lift. It had 38s on it. I took out the body lift and 35s clear very easy. I suspect with a bumper trim or higher clearance bumper and some adjustable short arms (which are available through a few sources or in a good kit) 37s would fit easy on a good 5" or tight on my old 4" kit.
As for the M1 don't do it, single planes kill bottom end. I even noticed a loss in torque going to a dual plane on a 5.9 1500 with stock tires. Look for things that can boost bottom end like long tubes and some kegger intake work, maybe even a cam or 1.7 rockers.
Best thing to do power wise is definitely re-gear. 3.54s are terrible with a 5.9, I didn't even like them on my stock tire 1500. 4.56 for 35s or 4.88s for 37s or 4.88s if you want to tow like a 2500 with 35s.
