Please help me with ideas.
I have 44RE transmission what came from 4WD Jeep and it is transfer case missing. I want to use it as 2WD but can’t figure out what more do I need besides 2WD OD extension casing.
Is there a simple adapter to bolt straight to transmission to get an output for drive shaft?

 

I think you need the entire O/D unit from a 2wd trans. They are pretty different between two and four wheel drive.
