Is this brake crossover important?

Default Is this brake crossover important?

It connects to the other front brake. My replacement part doesn't have the connection for it.
4x4 with rear only antilock brakes.

Yes that gives the passenger side front brakes fluid..

They gave you the wrong brake line. You absolutely need that connection.
