So in my 99 ram 3.9 I took out another tranny from a 94 ram 3.9 but in my nv3500 at the output shaft it didn't have speed sensor it's in the rear differential. Yet the one I pulled out the 94 it has a speed sensor on the output shaft case. Would that case me any problem? I was just thinking living it in their and just hook up my original wires.

Pull the VSS in the old transmission, remove the gear from the tone generator, (it'll make sense when you have it in your hand.) reinstall it, and don't worry about hooking it up. Your truck doesn't need it anyway.

My old tranny on the 99 didn't have a VSS on the transmission went too the rear differential. The tranny I got out the 94 the VSS is on the tranny. Could I just leave that one in the tranny on the 94 I pulled? The old tranny on the 99 only has the reverse light on it that's all.

Yes. By "old" trans, I was referring to the 94. Pull the gear out of the VSS though, no point having it in there.
