Shaking and noise above 2nd gear

Default Shaking and noise above 2nd gear
I just bought this 1500 few weeks ago and ran fine. Last night going to the store I shifted into 3rd gear abd whole truck started to shake and clank. Does in all gears above 2nd. What could be my issue?

Way too many possibilities to list. Gonna have to narrow it down some.... Where is the noise coming from? If you shift to neutral, does it go away? What engine? Trans? 2 or 4 wheel drive?

Yes it stops if I go into neutral or back to second. Soon as I press in the clutch it stops

fluid is fine. Just anything higher than 2nd gear
