"99" Ram 1500 5.9 46RE tranny govenor kit

HI, I just got this kit but it says the governor is upgraded,will that affect the fit? I'm replacing basically everything where the governor goes and also it says the 3-4 spring is upgraded as well, Is it gonna all fit if I pull the tranny pan down cause its not that fun. How long would you think the process should take I have all the tools?
