Default 1995 1500 will not start

Trying to get my old girl running its a 95 1500 running that was sitting for the past two years. First problem was not getting fuel I replaced the relay once that didn't work I replaced the fuel pump but still no fuel so I jumped the fuel pump relay and got fuel pressure but it wouldn't turn over. I then checked for spark and nothing so I know its a power issue but not sure where to look from here any help would be greatly appreciated

Doesn't crank? Or doesn't fire?

Are you getting power to the coil? Does the fuel pump prime when the key is first turned on? (with the relay in place....)

Does your check engine lite test when you first turn the key on?

it wouldn't turn over
Yes the motor cranks
Turn over and cranks means the same thing.
The check engine light should come on as the key is turned to "on" not crank. Might also want to check that the bulb is good.
If it's been sitting that long you should put some fresh gas in it.

No the pump does not kick on unless I jump out the relay. the tank was drained when I put the new pump on so the fuel is ok. I will check out the check engine light. Thanks!

The PCM isn't getting clued in that it needs to trigger the fuel pump, and ASD relays. You likely have a power problem at the PCM, or the PCM itself has failed.
