So yesterday I paid little closer attention to too the bell housing and yes the noise did happen change slightly and when pressed clutch all the way down the noise disappears. How would you know the pilot bearing is wearing out? Would it just be best to change that as well with the release bearing since got the transmission out? What's a good indication need too replace the pressure plate?

If the clutch works ok otherwise, pressure plate is likely fine. Yes, replace the pilot bearing while you are in there. If your clutch is worn.... don't get no easier.

I got to take out the transmission out today. As looking at the release bearing and spinning it didn't hear nothing unusual or rattling on the bearing. I did notice some play on the input shaft like 1/4 play left and right and down. Is the shaft supposed too be solid? I think the input shaft bearing might have been the problem as well. Well I tried it over can hear light ticking on where the input shaft bearing would be.

Input shaft should be pretty solid. I should rotate *easily*, but should NOT move in any other direction. The noise indicates the bearing is toast. I think you found your problem. I might be tempted to change the clutch while you are there, unless it has been done recently......
