Default Cylinder misfire mystery

Hey, I got my truck (1999 Ram 1500 with a 360) a couple months ago. Ive worked through most of the problems myself. But now i have a cylinder 5 misfire that only shows up on codes after 2500 rpm in any gear. Did basic tune up (cap, rotor, wires, and spark plugs), replaced ignition coil, and an oil change. Can someone give me an idea as where to look next?

EDIT: The driver side sounds like scraping metal at the exhaust manifold.

- Doublecheck your previous work, wouldn't be the first time that plugs or wires are crap right out of the box.
- Check compression on cylinder 5 and a couple of others for comparison.
- Swap injectors around to see if it follows the injector.
