Default 96 dodge 3500 v10 parts in oil pan, truck had low pressure at idle

Found these in oil pan of my 96 v10, I pulled the pan for low oil pressure at idle. I’m stumped where these go. Factory manual doesn’t show them in oil system. Truck passed ca smog beautifully and has 106k Miles I thought maybe parts of a lifter? they look like all one component that has come out and apart, truck had under 5 psi at idle and 55 at 2500, relief responded externally could bring press up to 75 indicating relief was functioning
Does anyone know what these parts might go to. I can’t see where they would come from under the engine and the factory book makes no mention of this appearing item in the lower end of the block.
truck runs good. 3.54 lsd in my dually and it will slide the truck around off a light so I don’t think it’s engine valve train like internals of a lifter the parts are just under 5/8” od or .615 measured with a 5/16 ball bearing and a just under 1/4” bearing

I don’t want to put the pan back on till I know what this went to
thanks in advance

Those do look a LOT like lifter parts...... aside from that, my first guess would have been oil pressure relief valve, but, if it's working....... likely not it.

Now, when my V-10 had a DEAD miss, (plug wire was burnt in half, that cylinder was NOT firing.....) I couldn't tell..... PCM never set a code for it either. May have to put the pan back on, put some oil in it, and do a compression test.... see what the numbers look like. Either that, or pull the valve covers, and see if a pushrod is out of place somewhere. (which means, pulling the upper intake....)
