Default Governor Pressure Sensor Volts High

I've got a Oriellys automatic transmission for the 1997 Ram 1500 5.9L and am getting error code P1763 governor pressure sensor voltage too high. I got this code directly after replacing the governor solenoid to fix P1762. The wires in the transmission are only about 7 months old and look good. The truck stays at what feels like 2nd or 3rd gear at a stop, so I've been shifting from 1st to 2nd to drive. There was a prolonged period of driving with too little transmission fluid a few months before the code appeared. Any ideas?

Plug in a scanner that can read live data, and see what the numbers look like. You may have a short, or just a bad sensor.
