Do you mean the seals that are at each end of the intake manifold, the front and back?

I expect some coolant to show up in the lifter valley when you pull the intake. Kinda of a normal thing. If your oil is staying clean on the dipstick, gaskets are probably good. Might wanna test your coolant for combustion byproducts though. Most parts stores will have a kit you can rent for that.

These trucks don't like rare-earth plugs. Leads to mystery random misfires..... Just use good ol' copper plugs.

Alright I'll switch over to copper plugs, I removed the throttle body and looked into the intake and the pcv valve was definitely blowing oil in there, but I changed it and cleaned the hose out and it seems to be doing better, my exhaust is still white when I press the gas, but maybe that's from not having a cat, I never payed attention to it before

Test your coolant for combustion stuff. See what it says.
