odd rpm surge over bumps

Mine is a 99 5.9 46re. Your trucks a lot newer. Not saying for sure but I just had to replace a torque converter in a 2016 charger with a 5.7. It was also surging rpm but much more noticeably trans related. Might try looking under your trucks generation for someone else who had had similar issues.

Having the same type of issue on an 2018 ram 2500 gas.
