Long tubes and duel exhaust with a cross over would be on the list. Assume you still have the kegger so upgrading will get more power in the upper rpm range. And a
4V 4V
throttle body and intake will wake things up.

I will have to check that. These springs are meant for these stock heads so I'd hope they are correct. Also I'm having a hard time understanding this y pipe thing. I have a 2000 and the Jegs y pipe only goes up to 99. What is the difference here? Everything looks the same I would just have add a cat.

I think pipe size changed, and location of the cat.... the exhaust manifolds are the same though, so, I would expect that the 'off-road' y pipe would also bolt right in.

Yep. Though, maybe not so much in a 2000 and newer.... I think there is a figure in the FAQ/DIY section, that shows the exhaust systems over the year, including pipe sizes. I suspect the y pipe you are looking at will have the same pipe size as what's already on the truck..... Worth checking out before spending the money though.

I went looking for that DIY item and couldn't find it - do you happen to have the link for it that you can share?
