Default 2nd gen dodge transmission

Hey I recently purchased a 12v cummins 1997 dodge ram 2500 single cab long bed 5speed Manuel about a week after the transmission started to make a racket so I poped the side cover off of the transmission and this is what I see. What can I do what would be the cheapest/best option

Ouchie. That is just not good. You have some ground up gears there. Gonna need a rebuild, or replacement. NV4500??

If it's a 5 spend, then yeah, NV4500. Keep in mind, that trans was used behind the 5.9 gas engine as well, but, there are differences in shaft sizes, etc.

If you get the transmission from gasser, get one behind the V10, as it shares the bellhousing with diesel. 5,9 has different bellhousing.
