Default 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 8.0 shifting and cutout issue

Trucks a new to me 98 ram 3500 dually automatic with the v10 8.0 truck has awesome acceleration most of the time and shifts fine from 2-3 3-OD but 1-2 shift I have to back off the throttle or get it to around 4100rpm and it has a nice smooth yet solid shift however if I WOT the truck will fall on its face and spit and sputter and looses power rpm and speed begin to fall but by letting of slightly it will come back and begin to gain speed but and I can gently roll into full throttle but I can not go directly to WOT without the truck cutting out

plugs look new From outside waiting for part to come before pulling I ordered wires Coil packs trans Solenoid kit will update when they arrive but curios if y’all think I’ll have other problems

Mine does that too. (holds first gear inordinately long.) I replaced the electronics in the trans, and it reduced the problem, but, I still see it happen fairly regularly. Generally, it will shift exactly the way it is supposed to.... but, not always. I have no idea why.

For the sputtering, make sure the TPS voltage isn't jumping around as you step on the gas, also, verify your fuel pressure.
