What year is your truck? Is the coolant temp sensor plugged in? (on 97 and older trucks, there are two....)

There is your problem. Fix that, and it will likely solve the other problems. Right now, the PCM thinks engine temp is something to the tune of -40 degrees.... so it positively DUMPS fuel trying to get a burnable mixture.

Default Sounds like it's flooding after a warm start

Just recently did a Hughes plenum kit everything went according as far as I'm aware but I'm having the same issue I had in the beginning minus the vacuum leak after a warm start meaning driving the truck for a few minutes s
hut it off start it back up it barely starts and gargles through until if idles normalish when and the smell of gas is tremendous during idle so I am aware it is a fuel issue of some sort it has brand new O2 sensors the only thing I am thinking could it be related to PCV valve 🤔👩‍🔧

Did you fix the temp sensor? Is it reporting something close to what the actual temp is?

Merged your two threads, as they are addressing the same problem.

PCV system has no bearing on fuel mixture.
