Well, some of you may have seen me post on here before. But now I'm needing sugestions on a new transmission. Here's my history:

A year ago I purchased a reman Tranny and a new transfer case. Everythign was done by aamco in Pasadena, Texas. The tranny was never right.

I do some pulling form time to time. Nothing TOO major, but I want to be able to if I have to.

the truck is a 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 Cummins. 4X4.

I already asked for a heavy duty torque convertor be installed, but is there anythign else I can request that will make my truck tow worthy?

 

heavy duty torque converter, maybe you want to get a tow converter as they are called, they grab at a lower rpm to allow more usable low end range.....
