Measure at the frame. The cab and fender mounts could be sagging or possibly there was some poor body work done.

I thought about that, but at my age and the cold, I didn't feel like getting under the pickup.

Way too familiar with that sentiment. Sounds like a problem that can wait until MUCH nicer weather.

On my stock 1500, 4 wheel with 265 tires and 91K. Front is 37.5" front both sides and the rear is 40" both sides.
