Default Passenger side hinge bolt Hellpppppp!

I'm at a loss. I've searched high and low to find help on this and it seems like all the YouTube videos are for the driver side door! Got a 97 2500 for cheap a month ago. Both doors sag to the point the previous owner had shredded the locking mechanism. Got every thing I need to get it squared away but can't find out how to get to the bolt coming from the inside to the outside on the upper door hinge.. any advice or tips would be amazing

Edit: this is only referring to passenger side i have completed the drivers side

I think I unbolted the hinge from the door, while the door was off, I replaced the pins and bushings, then installed the replacement door.

Wow. Ok, that's kinda trashed..... Gotta get that bolt from inside. Maybe some creative use of extensions and universals would be in order.

If not in a rush. Soak it in PBlaster over course of a few days before you attack it.

If you can't remover after PB Blaster. I wonder if you can use a reverse drill bit and slowly attack it from a smaller bit to larger enough to remove it without damaging the thread?

Since he is coming at it from behind, a regular bit would work.
