Default Cool spring advice

1997 dodge Ram 1500 4x4
want to replace the front coil springs.
I don’t plow or anything just put new shocks on and it seems really bouncy and hits bumps hard. Might not be it but will spend money and try.

and after market or good ones I can buy that a good for ride.

Or just go with some stock replacement moof’s.

What shocks did you put in? They are what control the ride. Has the front settled too low???

Bilstiens 4600 and had brand new Monroe’s.
didn’t change how it is riding.

the shocks are a week old and still feels like it’s bouncy underneath.

whole truck isn’t bouncing. New everything Thurber trac and synergy T type.

almost like a motor mount. Actually changed both of them and one was split , I Said this solved my problem.
after replacing, no change

Sounds like you need heavier duty front shocks. I'd return those and purchase some better ones. I've experienced poor front end control with new budget shocks in the past.
