Default Transmission Swap Question/Interchangeability

My 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD 5.2 AT Transmission went out.
Saw a potential doner. 2000 Dodge Van 3500 2WD 5.2 AT.

Will this transmission drop in? Or will there be compatibility issues? The main thing I noticed was the engine was carbureted on the van, and seems to be throttle body on the truck.

I checked the tag on both transmissions, they both read 52118784

Thanks for the help guys, just want to get my truck back on the road.

They should both have the kegger intake, and be port fuel injection...... Transmissions should be a direct swap. Watch out for the crank sensor on the back of the engine though, they are frequently victims of this particular job.
