Still need set of part numbers for a 94 2500 4x4 5.9 gas transmission lines (all).

I need all the numbers from an aftermarket company like dorman or ac delco. (I have the numbers from chrysler and they dont match anything.)

Usually, if you search on the chrysler numbers, something aftermarket will come up. If they don't, you may have to make the line yourself. The NEWEST of these trucks is over 20 years old, and they didn't get a lotta support when they were new..... today, it's pretty much non-existent for the more esoteric parts.

What are the Mopar part number that you have and did you get those from the Dodge truck parts manual? - if not, you can download a copy for your year truck here - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...s-manuals.html

Do you happen to have the old lines? Do you need these lines right now and do you want new or used? If you have a pick and pay yard in your area, you can likely find them on a 2nd gen truck. If you have the example lines to use as a guide, you can take them to a professional auto parts store (NAPA, etc.) or a hydraulic parts/hose supplier and have those hoses made up for you.

If you're hell bent on finding the OEM hoses, you can establish searches for those part numbers on eBay to notify you by email when those part numbers show up, however, that might take some wait time.

Im really only interested in new parts.

If they actually dont exist for one of the most common problems on one of the most common trucks, ill make my own but id prefer it to look/be stock.

Common problem? The only common problem I'm aware of with those lines is the check valve in the return line, that is easy to remove, as per this link from the site's DIY section - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...46rh-46re.html

I'm still riding my OEM lines in my '96 Ram 2500 4x4 without issue, however, the check valve was removed in the return line...

If there's another issue with those lines I'm not aware of, I'm here to learn..

The common problem that i meant was these trucks have a terrible rep for bad trannies. Find a ram that hasnt chewed at least 1.

i got lucky with mine. Lasted forever.

Im wondering if the trannies would always last longer if people did a full job instead of just rinsing the lines.

Because my tranny endured 14 years as my main vehicle in a tow service, it has also seen about 10l of lucas in its life.

With the debris in my pan, i can only assume some will be cooked into the line gunk.

In my humble opinion, the lines are fine. Just be sure to rinse them out well with solvent and ensure that the check valve has been removed 1st (as noted in the DIY link I supplied earlier)! The check valve can get plugged up some with that pan debris you showed, causing the trans to overheat and fail, especially if no one ever changes the transmission filter and fluid. I'm still riding my OEM flexible cooler lines with the removed check valve after my transmission was rebuilt a few years ago with numerous HD parts to enhance it's longevity.

The 46RE transmission is nothing more than an updated Chrysler 727 transmission with an overdrive unit added on and electronic components controlled by the PCM. It's weak points can be easily beefed up for towing with parts from the 47RE/48RE transmission (larger drums, extra clutches, enhanced planetaries, metal vs. plastic pistons, deep pan/filter extension, thicker band struts, etc.).
