That IS the sort front bumper, and your grill isn't chrome either, as it is listed in the build sheet...... So, yep, some modification has gone on there. Looks like it might be lifted a bit too??

You *should* be able to just install the appropriate switch for fogs/air bag. Might have to spend some time figgering out how the previous owner hooked 'em up though.

If you don't have one yet, get the factory service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.

Switch connector has five wires.

Brown/yellow feeds the switch, black/orange is ground from the switch. These two wires control Fog Lamp Relay 1. Which feeds power to fog lamp relay 2. Relay 2 is controlled by the headlamp dimmer switch. (on with low beams, off with high beams.) If yours are always on with the running lights on, (and turn off with the high beams) I would guess that the previous owner simply grounded the Brown/Yellow wire somewhere.... Could be under the hood, could be somewhere in the dash.

Thanks, I will try and figure it out If the factory wiring isn't there can I use something like this to make it easier? But wire it to the OEM Switch I bought?

Think I would try and fix the stock wiring...... The switch isn't really rated to directly power the lights.
