Default Has anyone ever done a 5th gen Laramie interior swap to 2nd gen dodge? (manual trans)

Hello everybody this is my first post here. I’m curious if anyone knows if a person has done a 5th gen Laramie interior swap on a 2nd gen dodge. I know the 5th generation trucks don’t come with the g56 but I was thinking I could just use 4th generation Laramie seats. But I want the big screen and and digital dash and all the other stuff from a 5th gen truck. Does anyone know if this is possible? Obviously it will take a lot of wiring and I think I’d get that done by a professional unless I can get adaptions but I don’t know if those are available. And I could do all the brackets for the seats and mounts for the dash myself but all electrical will go to someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you.

A LOT changed over the years.... You would need a complete donor truck, and swap EVERYTHING over. That includes the engine..... the systems are just way to interdependent to separate them. Might be able to get away with the manual trans, but, even that is open to question.

I seem to remember someone having put the interior in on the old fb groups.
