Ok, two separate circuits. Cluster lights are on a dimmer, check that they aren't just turned down. (yeah, that happens....)
Park lites? See where you are losing power.... If you don't have one yet, grab the service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.
Two circuits from the headlight switch but the same power feed. Check the pink/red wire on connector 1 at the headlight switch. It should have power at all times. Then double check at fuse F (20A) in the PDC.
I just got a chance to get back on this truck. I have power going through the pink and red wire to the light switch. As soon as I turn the switch to parking lights or onto headlight, I lose voltage reading on pink and red wire. Is there a ground I need to be looking into?
No I don't think it's a ground issue. Voltage dropping when the load comes on typically means there is high resistance in the power feed, the high impedance voltmeter draws almost no current compared to the lights. Try the following: Find fuse F in the PDC and measure voltage there (there are exposed metal contacts on the top of the fuse). If it doesn't drop when you turn on the lights then the wire between the PDC and the headlight switch has an issue. Let me know what you find.

Look at the connector that goes on the switch, The terminals heat up and melt the plastic. Then the wires loose a connection to the switch. It's not uncommon to have to replace the plastic connector and its wires at the headlight switch - https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...t=2584&jsn=481
Finally got a chance to get back on this thing and the connector in the underhood fuse box from the pink and red wire was cooked. The wire was burned up about a half inch down. Cut it off ran a new wire been in line fuse and the situation is fixed. Thank you all thank you DerTruck!
