Default Transfer case vibration

hopefully a little help will come from this. At or near 65 my transfer shifter starts to shake, I can hold it and feel a strong but not exploding vibration. I removed front drive shaft, installed new spicer u joints in rear shaft. Can’t feel anything loose checked pinion bearings, tail of transfer , output to front axle at transfer. Nothing. Thoughts?

Did you check the snap ring on the output shaft? The tail housing has to be removed. You might need a Transfer case Saver.

Default Transfer case vibration

Don’t know if you have checked the mounting studs or the overdrive housing. I just pulled my transmission for a bad vibration and it was a broken overdrive housing where the t-case bolts up.
