One more plug that I have not been able to remove and check and that’s the transmission solenoid plug. It’s definitely a real pain in the *** to get to. My problem is I can’t find one diagram for one video that explains how to release the plug from the socket and I have very limited view I was also curious to know if there’s a way I could test that sensor through the PCM harness instead of pulling the plug on it. Any ideas?

See which wires at the PCM are for that sensor. Use a meter on 'em. (resistance, I would guess....)

So I was finally able to get that solenoid plug off
It wasn’t showing no bus anymore and was running however, it shut off after 24 minutes but was able to be restarted And showed multiple trans codes

So I think I solved the problem. I believe it’s a bad connection inside the PCM. It just appears that I didn’t put enough pressure when I was moving the plugs, but I noticed if I lifted up or pushed down any plug, the electronics would click. And it does appear to run as long as there’s upwards or downward force on the plugs no matter which one it is so in this case, I’m assuming it was the PCM itself I’m now in the process of trying to get a new one I’ll let you know what the results are. I appreciate everybody’s patience with me.

Bad solder joints..... Yep, nothin' new there. I believe they are cold-soldered.... and that ain't always the best.

So I’m happy to say after all this time that my truck issue appears to be completely resolved I ended up purchasing a remanufactured PCM unit from a place out in Lynbrook New York, and my truck actually appears to be running better than when I bought the thing a few months back

Thanks for all the help
