So after scanning my 2001, dodge ram 1500 I came up with ABS codes 45, 47,46 but haven’t been able to find a lot of information on what the issue is even though I’m assuming it might just be a requirement of me to replace the ABS module ?
Does your truck have 4 wheel or rear wheel ABS? Regardless, the codes should be in the service manual, I believe in the brake section with the ABS info - You can download a copy for your year truck here - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...e-manuals.html
so I’m trying to see if I can find a used ABS module but I’m not sure which number I need to make sure I match because there’s four numbers on the body one sticker says C1H95HO / 13451521 – D

Does your truck have 4 wheel ABS or just rear wheel ABS?
If the truck has 4 wheel ABS, you can check the front axles behind the U-joint. There would be front wheel sensors to monitor the spinning axles. The front axle with ABS should have a tone ring on it like shown in the attached photo.
The part number you mentioned (P52010075AE) can be easily be searched via Google. By typing in "Mopar P52010075AE" I come up with this - https://www.ebay.com/itm/144524341511
