I Need A More Manly Horn!
I think Hella Supertone's would be one of the loudest aftermarket electric horns available, but the pitch is quite high. Options are a bit scarce for a manly electric horn, air is best. Plus you then have on board air with potential to run tools, fill up your tires, add lockers, etc...

I have these run off a small 1.5 gallon Viair tank/compressor combo mounted under the hood in front of the fenderwell air intake, lots of space there on V8 trucks. Same as this except i changed the cutoff switch to get 150psi:
The horns are Hadley brand from a Peterbilt, I believe 29" long. They are totally concealed behind the front air dam, can't see them unless you crawl under. I put this setup on when prices were more reasonable, however seems to be many chinese kits now that make the horns too. It will give a solid 5 second blast before it starts to taper off. Make sure to listen to sound clips before you buy. The longer the trumpet, the deeper the tone. Train horns are shorter as they have a higher pitch. I have seen them mounted to the underside of the bed which looks like a good spot. The placement shown above doesn't inhibit access at all for anything I've worked on in recent memory, I like them there as the shortest run of air line is optimal.

you'r definitely getting in trouble if you find a good way to mount this on your truck. Check out the sound clip. Now that's what I'm talking about. If they had one that sounds like that but puts out about 20dB less spl.https://hornblasters.com/collections...km-85-air-horn

Get TOO loud and OSHA and the EPA will get involved.
Or, in many areas these days, run the risk of being shot by a distraught driver subjected to the loud horn blast or scare the he!! out of an older person...
I think you'll definitely want something that commands attention and sounds like a true truck horn.
You can find a variety of aftermarket horns online or at auto parts stores that are louder and more robust than the stock horn. Brands like Hella, Wolo, and Kleinn offer some great options.
If you're looking to listen to a few before deciding, you might want to check out https://bosshorn.com. They have a range of horns and sound samples that could help you choose the perfect one for your Ram.
