Default Lmc headlight harness issue

Long time reader, first time poster. I recently installed a lmc headlight harness on my 1998 ram 2500 nonsport 9004 headlights. I had no issues with my headlights before the kit. Now no matter my headlight switch position I am receiving adequate voltage to both my high and low beam terminal with about 0.8 of a volt difference. I used factory ground location, all connections seam good, and relays click. After reaching out to lmc they sent me replacement relays but they haven't fixed anything. I'm stumped and tired of dealing with customer service. Any ideas will greatly be appreciated.

I put the LMC harness on my 98, and it worked perfect, right out of the box...... Not sure what is going on there....

Are your headlights staying on all the time now??

My headlights turn on and off fine with my pull **** headlight switch they just won't change between between high and low since both are getting power. I know it might not have anything to do with my problem but my parking lights weren't affected with the kit just my headlights.

Parking lights aren't affected at all, just the headlights. Recheck your wiring. There aren't that many connections to make, should be easy to see what's up.
