I've looked for that fog light harness but have not been able to find it to-date. When I remove the dash in the not-too-distant future to replace the broken up top dash panel and rebuild the heater box, I plan to look for it again, as I suspect it's there, but hidden somewhere.

I did find the fog light wiring that connects to the fog lights under the bumper and to the PDC, which makes me think the other harness is likely hidden under the dash somewhere..

Supposedly, the harness for the switch *should* be there..... just cleverly concealed somewhere. May have to pull the cluster to find it.

Connector 226 is the fog lamp switch connector, should be a gray six pin connector. Connector location shows "behind fog lamp switch", yeah. Really helpful...... But, it should be in that area somewhere. Of course, that switch is at the TOP of the dash.... so, likely fun to try and find.

If you don't have the service manual for your truck yet, get one from here. Wiring diagrams and such are in section 8W.

I believe that big white connector is for connecting a brake controller for towing.

That manual doesnt have factory fog lights or even the switch setup like if i download the 98 one it says foglights be connected to 12 power

The 96 one doesnt show foglight wires but the 98 one here says its by power outlet

Things changed a couple times in 98..... Don't go by that one.

The foglight stuff is in the Front Lighting section.... I found it without too much trouble.
