Default Tuners?- 5.9gas Ram

Just installed a comp cam 20-746-9 on my 96, wondering what tuning tools/software is used on these trucks? Looking to get a handheld tuner and possibly download a tune made for my truck's specifications. Check engine light has been on since 50miles, throwing misfire codes on 1&3 but idles and runs fine. I have put 160 miles on it since the swap, certainly if it was something big, I would be in deep trouble by now. Just would like to clear this up and change some parameters so that my engine doesn't think it is misfiring, and the RPMs hang up at around 1200rpm even when I let off the gas just cruising at low speeds (20-30mph). Any recommendations?

What spark plugs ya have in it? How are the wires routed? Hemifever, and Flyin' Ryan both offer custom tunes, (which include the tuner). HP Tuners offers software that you can tune it yourself. Not cheap, and only a single vehicle license, but, you can do absolutely anything with that one.Just need a laptop.

Thanks, Im using the Autolite 3923's. Replaced them around 15k miles ago, and the wires got replaced as well with some ones from summit after I had my fuel fire. From everything I've seen an MIL is normal after a cam swap, PCM freaking out because of the longer duration and all that.
I'll look into hemifever and flyin' ryan. Need to get the light off if I want to renew my tags next month (or just get antiques)
