Default RPMs fluctuating while driving
So ill be driving and my rpms will go up and down i have already replaced the TPS, vacuum hoses and spark plugs and the distributor is brand new i know its not the coils and i cannot figure it out i have the 5.9 magnum 99 dodge ram 2500 sport can someone help a guy out?

Does the engine just quit running for a little bit? Or do you think maybe it's just TCC unlocking/locking?
