Default 1998 Ram 1500 Pitman shaft seal

1998 Ram 1500 5.9L Magnum
Pitman shaft seal is leaking pretty bad... Never done one before, do i need to pull the gearbox to replace it? Does anyone have a decent write up or video they could provide on How To?
And recommendations for the repair kit too. Rock Auto has some but they're brands i have not heard of before.

You can replace the seal without pulling the box.... Getting the pitman arm off is the fun part. It's been there a while, and is NOT going to come off easy. Problem becomes, WHY did the seal fail in the first place.... If it's because the box is worn, your new seal won't last very long either.

Box is tight, i don't have any play in the steering whatsoever. Pitman arm was replaced last summer.

Job should be pretty easy. Once you have the pitman arm removed, spray a liberal amount of brake cleaner solvent around the area of the seal/steering box output shaft to clean up the dripping steering fluid. There is a snap ring that keeps the seal in-place. Once you remove the snap ring, the old output shaft seal is pretty easy to remove.
