Interesting, did this kind of correspond with the 4x4 change over from single piston to dual piston calipers? Because those used different rotors and wb hubs with slightly different spacing. @HeyYou ?

Yeah, the dual piston calipers likely required quite a few changes.... don't know if the control arms would fall into that, or not..... I believe on the dual piston fellers, you could swap rotors without having to disassemble the entire front end as well.

Control Arms are identical to OEM. When control arms were pulled off they were measured and overlayed with control arms that were removed. Upper and lowers were all identical. Would you happen to recall what spacers you used?

Just an update - Found the issue! These dodges have very low
clearance between the knuckle and inner wheel (rim).

I even went to the extent to replace the tie rods with OEM, yes they were hard to find. Same gap!

The solution - they used clamp on weights that mount to the exterior and interior lip of the wheel well.

According to the dealership - this was the proper method of balancing the wheel.

The alignment shop has originally put stuck on weights on the inside of the wheel, which was just enough to touch the tie rod boot every revolution.

Just an FYI for all others!
