Default Low idle, misfiring

01 5.9 magnum engine. Is idling low and running rough. It tries to stall (and does occasionally) when coming to a stop. Gets TERRIBLE gas mileage currently. And it misfires and ticks from the pasenger side of the engine bay while driving, but mostly only at cruising speeds and around 1k-1600 rpms.

keep in mind, the truck is very mildly cammed and has EQ heads, and many other aftermarket things.

I didn't have any issue until my pcm went haywire. I replaced it, but it didn't fix the issue fully. Since, I have replaced: injectors, plugs and wires, cap and rotor, ALL manifold and throttle body sensors, ignition coil, O2 sensors, ALL lifters, ran a fuel pressure test, compression test, vacuum test, and leakdown test and have zero negative results. Also had a mechanic hook it to a snap-on scanner. He told me it was something in cylinder 2 (no codes mind you), and I've recently redone everything on it.... brand spanking new injector, plug, wire, lifters, etc.

I'm at a loss.ive check vacuum, relays, the fuel pump, and more. I'm just at a loss. Is it possible that I just need a mild tune on it to fix this??? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Has it been doing that since it was put together with the new parts?? IF the answer to that is "yes", then yeah, I am thinking a good tune would be the place to start.
