I bought a relayed conversion headlight harness when I converted to the quad headlight setup and all four headlight bulbs come on in low beam when using this harness. I use the harness from these folks - https://ceautoelectricsupply.com/hea...ion-relay-kit/

You may want to give them a call to see what you might modify on your existing setup to get all four headlights to come on in low beam.

No typo. All four headlights are on in low beam in the low beam setting for the bulbs. When switching to high beam, all four bulbs are on in the high beam bulb setting. In reviewing the notes for the relay conversion on his website, he states that all four headlights are on in low beam as well.

Thanks for asking..

Ah, so you have four 9004 bulbs in there?? That would explain a lot.

Bulbs are 9007 on the outside (larger section of the lens reflector) and 9004 on the inside (smaller section of the lens reflector). Both are Sylvania Silverstars..

It does, but it's never enough for older folks I still need to take time out to verify that they're aimed correctly since the high beams don't seem to project as far down the road as I think they should..

I also have two round Hella off road lights mounted to the front of the push bar/Weston grille guard, but haven't wired them up to-date. I believe driving down the road with them would be illegal..

Here in michigan, they are limited by wattage, over a certain point, they have to be covered when you are on the road, else it's a rather expensive ticket.

Retrofits baby! There is a mod you can do to keep the fog lights on during high beam also. Wonder what they where thinking when they designed that? Guess you don't need to see on the side of the road with the highs on.

I completely understand, but seems that Dodge is trying to be all 50 state compliant with auto lighting. Some states don't allow more than the headlights operating on high beam to be lit at the same time. Is what it is...
