Default 2500 coil spring in a 1500

Hello all, I recently put a steel bumper and winch on my 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4. Now the front is way lower than I want it, about 3in, I’ve read the the diesel and v10 coil should raise the front about 2.5-3 in.
My main question is if I have to modify anything else, such as control arms, sway bar end links, track bar and driveshaft angle so as not to ruin anything. Anyone done anything similar?
Thanks

Nope. From what I have seen, it's a direct swap. It will pick up the front end some, and put it back to closer where it is supposed to be. It'll ride a bit stiffer though.

Direct swap, Just make sure they are diesel coils, V10 I cant say for sure. I had a parts 2500 V8 gasser back when and I was daily driving a 1500 in high school. Went to all the work of swapping and got no benefit. Definitely need diesel coils not just 2500 in general.
