snow commander snowplow

I am looking at a snow commander snowplow that is mounted on a 1979 Dodge PowerWagon. Will those mounting brackets work on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 so I can put it on my Ram 1500?

If it did how would you control it? The Snow Commanders had (factory mounted) dash controls and a hydraulic pump in the engine compartment.
