I have a rear that was pulled I need to find out the current gear ratio. I don't have the truck it's self just the rear info. Can anyone inform me of how to find the ratio or a chart by chance of the numbers meaning.

The cast numbers are information of the axle differential housing, but I doubt you will get specific ratio information as nothing changed with the housing for different ratios. Cast number I believe would make it a 9.25" Diff cover picture could confirm that theory.
That tag doesn't really look like a typical ratio tag, and I'm not aware of a 0445 gear ratio, at least factory. There's no other tags?
Could always pull the cover. Gear ratio is usually etched into the gears themselves, or, count the teeth, and do some math. There may even be a tag on one of the cover bolts that stats gear ratio.
Generally speaking the 0445 would be a ratio tag, its just not stamped in such a way. Beings its loose from teh chassis it wouldn't be hard to rotate the tires one revolution and cound the number of pinion rotations. 3.55 should be hard to tell apart from 4.10. Based on the 16"s wheels its not likely to be a 3.92 version
