Hello, I have an 02 2500 that blows lukewarm air. I flushed the heater core and the blend door appears to be working, when i shift from cold to hot it goes from cold to lukewarm. I believe there is probably some debris and other gunk in the HVAC box causing it to not blow warm. Is it possible to clear this out without removing the whole dash? If so any ideas how to remedy this or if it could be something else. Thank you

What's your temp gauge reading? I believe you can manually turn the blend door with the motor out, Look threw this thread and see if there is any info on it.

The temp gauge on the dash reads about 185. The video helped me with the blend door actuator. I confirmed it does in fact turn. However, I did notice that the floor vents are always on, regardless of setting. Any ideas what that could cause that?

That would be a vacuum issue.

So I checked and defrost is on all the time too. Should i replace the vacuum lines and check valves under the hood?

The check valves stick open and you get no vacuum. I would check them first. The line going into the fire wall goes to the hvac control.

I believe i am getting vacuum to the control. I did a smoke test and found 4 small leaks in the lines you posted under the hood and fixed them. It still blows to the floor on all setting but it stopped blowing defrost when on the dash setting. When I disconnect the hose and put my finger over the vacuum hose I can feel the vacuum
