Default 01 ram 1500 brake lights on

So I've already replaced my brake light switch twice, but my brake lights are constantly on draining my battery even if the truck is running or not they just stay on. On the second brake light switch. I read the instructions and installed it as shown but no luck anyone have any ideas what could be causing this??

If you stick your foot under it, and pull it up, do the brake lights go off?

Remove the connector from the switch. If the light stays on -> faulty wiring, if not -> faulty switch.
