I have never had heat in the 2 years I owned this thing
Nope no heat before the upper hose gets hot
It sounds like a clogged heater core.

You can certainly verify that it's a clogged heater core by checking the temperature at the heater hoses. If one hose is hot and the other hose is cold/lukewarm, you most certainly will have a plugged/clogged heater core.

If so, what are the temperature readings for the inlet and outlet heater hoses?

UPDATE, today when I got home I used the infrared thermometer on my hoses, at first I was scared my water pump wasn't working because my upper rad home was 46 then I noticed it was in C not F, so I pout it in F and for 150 top rad hose, 145 low rad hose 120 on both heater hoses and 67 out or =f the vents which tells me the heater core at least is not clogged so I started checking the vacuum actuators that I can see under the dash, neither of them woks, so I'm thinking when I fixed the vac issue with eth 4x4 I had to redo the vac tree, maybe I need up get a tree that will hold everything instead of the way I have them hooked up, or install a separate vac pump like diesels have

At a minimum, I'd suggest replacing your thermostat with a decent quality thermostat. OE is 195 degrees. The temperature at the thermostat housing should be close to that temperature, once the engine has warmed up. Given the other temperature readings you provided, it sounds like your water temperature is kinda cool and the thermostat is likely sticking open, so you wouldn't get any decent heat inside your truck.

I used to buy Stant Superstat thermostats. They were of very good quality and worked flawlessly for me. Unfortunately, Stant got bought out a few years ago and thermostat quality has generally gone to the dogs. I believe there's another member of this forum that has a recommendation of a quality thermostat and he will likely chime in...

Your current thermostat is stuck open..... if you bought one of the 'safety stats', there's your problem. Get a stant superstat. Those are at least reasonably reliable.

that's what's in there is a stant, I bought it at Orally's in Ahoskie, the picture is the first one I could find.
I still think its in the Vacuum system, because the first thermostat I DID get from Rock Auto and it turned out to be a 120, WAY too cold so I went to Orally's and got a 195 stant, the temp gage goes up like it is supposed to but there's no heat climate controller has been replaced water pump has been replaced , I do all my own work because of two reason, 91) I DO NOT trust garages (2) I've been working on everything between a 5 hp push mower to multimillion dollar aircraft, now I work on Dump Trucks and heavy construction equipmant

What was the temperature at the thermostat housing when measured with the temperature gun once the engine warmed up? If it's in the range of 150 degrees, that's too cold and your new Motorad thermostat (based on the photo you provided) is sticking, which isn't uncommon with the quality of thermostats these days. The part number for the Stant thermostat for your V10 is 14539. You may have to pick it up online and find an NOS Stant thermostat, as I believe Motorad bought out Stant.
