97 Dodge Ram 2500 V8 Magnum - HVAC/Climate control cable stuck?
The cable that controls the heat/ac switcher is stuck and I can not seem to change my truck from heat. From my understanding I need to replace the cable (Mopar part # 55035620) I can't seem to find this cable for sell anywhere. It's discontinued on Mopar.com. Any idea where I can find this part or what I could do to fix this issue?

Junkyard or ebay would be best bet.
Wouldnt hurt to remove the control panel from the dash and verify the cable is seized. If there is minor movement sometimes a little oil down the cable sleeve will free it back up.
I have not replaced or had one of these dashes apart in a long time, so I'm not sure how easy it is to access, but could try unhooking the cable from the door also, make sure it is not the door that's froze up/broken.
I have some of these trucks for parts, i would sell you a cable if you were interested in a used on.
